Volusia Sheriff's Office On-Line Reporting System
If this is an emergency please call 911.
Welcome to the Volusia Sheriff's Office On-Line Reporting System. This service is being offered as a convenient method to quickly report specific non-emergency, non-life-threatening crimes. All reports filed on-line are reviewed by a Volusia Sheriff's Office Deputy and, after review, receive an official case number. However, if you would prefer to have a Deputy respond to take the report in person, please call the non-emergency number.
At this time the following types of incidents may be reported through the Volusia Sheriff's Office On-Line Reporting System: Harassing Phone Calls, Identity Theft, Lost Property, Theft, Theft of Vehicle Parts and Accessories, Vandalism less than $500, and Vandalism of Motor Vehicle.
Filing a report on-line may only be done if:
- The incident is not an emergency.
- The incident occurred within unincorporated Volusia County, the City of Deltona, the City of DeBary, the City of Oak Hill, or the City of Pierson. If the incident occurred outside of these areas, please contact your local law enforcement agency.
- There are no known suspects. If you have a suspect, you cannot use this system and will need to contact the Sheriff's Office Communications Center to have a Deputy respond to take a report:
